Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Paparua County Council on the 1st day of August 1977.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Paparua County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a public reserve for recreation proposes within the meaning of the said Act”.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Hamilton Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for cemetery purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Hamilton domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.
