Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Blocks X and XI, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land, situated in Blocks X and XI, Russell Survey District, described as follows:

All situated in Block X, Russell Survey District.
26 2 10 Part Waihaha Block; marked "D-H" on plan M.L. 8372.
Situated in Blocks X and XI, Russell Survey District.
16 2 36 Part Te Karetu Block; marked "C-E" on plan M.L. 19573.
Situated in Block X, Russell Survey District.
As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1977.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS Her Majesty the Queen by Proclamation, dated the 28th day of February 1977, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, on 3 March 1977, page 445, set apart in the Nelson Conservancy of the New Zealand Forest Service certain State forest land, described in the Schedule thereto, as a State forest park to be known as the Mount Richmond State Forest Park, and directed that the said Proclamation should come into force on the 4th day of March 1977, and whereas the area of land thirdly described in the schedule of the Proclamation was stated as 33.0563 hectares, and whereas the correct area of the said land is 333.0563 hectares, now, therefore, pursuant to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the area of land thirdly described in the aforesaid Proclamation, dated the 28th day of February 1977, is hereby amended to read 333.0563 hectares.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 21st day of September 1977.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of July 1977
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
