Amending a Declaration Setting Apart Crown Land for Better Utilisation in Blocks IV, IX and X, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County and in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 24th day of March 1975, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 32, 10 April 1975, at page 819, as amended by Declaration dated the 14th day of July 1975 published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 65, 7 August 1975, at page 1733, setting apart Crown land for better utilisation in Blocks IV, IX, and X, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and in the City of Lower Hutt, by deleting from the said declaration the areas of land secondly and thirdly described in the First Schedule thereto and substituting therefor the land described in the Schedule hereto.
