ALL that area in the Wellington Land District being portion of the County of Horowhenua bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with the southern boundary of Ohau 3B in Block III, Waitohu S.D., and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary and the southern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 5648, Ohau 3-26-18C, 3-22B, 3-22A, 3C3 (including a right line across the North Island Main Trunk Railway), and along a right line across No. 1 State Highway to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 17283, Ohau 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3, and their production to the summit of the Tararua Range; thence south-westerly and westerly along the boundaries of the County of Horowhenua hereinbefore described to a point in the middle of Elizabeth Street in line with the south-western boundary Lot 1, D.P. 19187; thence generally northerly and westerly along the boundaries of Waikanae Riding as described in Gazette 1971, page 1200, to the sea coast; thence north-easterly along the sea coast to the point of commencement; excluding therefrom the Borough of Otaki hereinbefore described.
