always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

(4) The licensees shall maintain the structure and machinery marked “motor winch and shelter” and coloured pink on plan marked M.D. 12175.

(5) A register of applications for slipping shall be kept.

(6) Subject to the requirements of the licensees’ vessels, the slipway and facilities shall be available to any vessel within the capacity of the slipway.

(7) Slipway fees and charges:

(a) Vessels up to 40 foot register length: seventeen dollars ($17) for 48 hours.

(b) Vessels over 40 foot register length: nineteen dollars ($19) for 48 hours.

(c) All vessels on slip over 48 hours: one dollar ($1), per day.

Boundaries of Borough of Levin, Borough of Otaki, County of Horowhenua, and Otaki-Te Horo and Wirokino Ridings of Horowhenua County, and County of Hutt Defined.

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Local Government hereby redefines as set out in the Schedule hereto: the boundaries of the Borough of Levin, Borough of Otaki, County of Horowhenua, and the Otaki-Te Horo and Wirokino Ridings of Horowhenua County, and County of Hutt. In the case of the Borough of Levin the boundaries having previously been altered by Order in Council made on 10 March 1975, published in the Gazette, No. 24, 20 March 1975, page 548. In the case of Borough of Otaki the boundaries having been previously altered by Order in Council made on 26 August 1974 and published in the Gazette, No. 81, 29 August 1974, page 1792, and previously altered by Order in Council made on 2 September 1974, and published in the Gazette, No. 86, 5 September 1974, page 1851, and previously altered by Order in Council made on 10 March 1975, and published in the Gazette, No. 24, 20 March 1975, page 548. In the case of County of Horowhenua the boundaries having been previously altered by Order in Council made on 2 September 1974, and published in the Gazette, No. 86, 5 September 1974, page 1851.

SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF LEVIN

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 1298 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines of Arapapae Road and Tararua Road in Block I, Waiopehu S.D., and proceeding generally north-westerly along the middle line of Tararua Road and its production to the south-eastern side of No. 1 State Highway, along that side to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 20, Horowhenua Settlement, to and along that boundary and the north-western boundary of the said Section 20, the south-eastern boundary of Section 47, Horowhenua Settlement, and its production to and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 43694, to the westernmost corner of the said Lot 2; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 41, Horowhenua Settlement, and its production to the middle of Hokio Beach Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 17145, to and along that boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 108, 109, 110, and 111, D.P. 688, to the south-western side of Makomako Road; thence generally westerly along that side to and along the north-western boundary of Section 79, Horowhenua Settlement, along that boundary to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 82 and 81, Horowhenua Settlement, the north-western boundary of the said Section 81 and the north-eastern side of Hokio Beach Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 80, Horowhenua Settlement; thence generally north-easterly to and along the north-western

boundaries of Sections 80 and 77, Horowhenua Settlement, the south-western side of Makomako Road, the abutment of the said road, the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Horowhenua 11B39 and the north-western boundary of Section 20, Block I, Waiopehu S.D., and its production to the middle of a road line; thence generally easterly along the middle of that road line to and along the middle of the original 10.06 metre width of Kawi Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 25375, to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 6, the north-western side of Patikei Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Horowhenua A4, to and along that boundary, the north-western boundaries of Horowhenua 11B36-2JB and Lot 1, D.P. 27783, and the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 27783, and Horowhenua 11B36-2K3, and their production to the eastern side of No. 1 State Highway (The Avenue); thence generally south-easterly along that side to the north-western side of the North Island main trunk railway, along a right line towards the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 20797, to its intersection with the south-eastern side of the said railway, along that side to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 1799, to and along that boundary, the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 1799, the south-eastern boundary of Lot 95, D.P. 32049, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 94, 41 to 53, 93, 62, 63, and 69 to 71, D.P. 32049, and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 11, D.P. 1824, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Fairfield Road; thence generally southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 16, D.P. 1824, to and along that boundary, the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 4C, D.P. 568, the south-eastern boundary of Section 30, Block I, Waiopehu S.D., the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 25533, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 28188, and its production to the middle of No. 57 State Highway (Arapapae Road), and along the middle of the said highway and road to the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 666 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waitohu Stream in Block V, Waitohu Survey District, and proceeding generally south-easterly up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3364; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary to the north-eastern side of Tasman Road; thence south-easterly along that side to the north-western boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 12156; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the north-western corner of that lot; thence generally easterly along the generally northern boundary of the said Lot 7, the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 15806, and the northern boundary of the said Lot 1 to the western side of Te Rauparaha Street; thence generally north-easterly along that side to the road corner north-west of the westernmost corner of Pukekaraka 5, along a right line to the said westernmost corner, and along the south-eastern side of Convent Road to the northernmost corner of Pukekaraka 5; thence generally southerly along that boundary, the south-western boundaries of Waitohu 11D and 11CI, the generally northern boundaries of Section 85 and the eastern boundaries of Sections 85 and 82, Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, the north-western and south-western boundaries of Manuao Block, and the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 11972, to and along the northern side of No. 1 State Highway and its production to the eastern side of the North Island main trunk railway; thence northerly along that side to the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 7971; thence easterly along that boundary and a right line across No. 1 State Highway to and along the southern side of Waitohu Valley Road to the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 32381, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 19052, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 11, D.P. 19052, and Lots 21, 22, and 23, D.P. 43524, and their production across Lot 1, D.P. 22448, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 15, 16, and 17, D.P. 23897, to the north-eastern side of Rahui Road; thence generally north-westerly
