Setting Apart General Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use or benefit of members of the Maori community of the Ashburton district.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land, situated in Block X, Ashburton Survey District, and described as follows:

1.7755 Rural Section 39901 and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 16F, folio 156, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

Declaring Additional Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Panguru E6A1, constituted by Order in Council, dated 9 October 1963, and published in the Gazette, No. 63, on 17 October 1963, page 1603.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 35.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The notice referred to in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.

The land, described in the Third Schedule, is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
