Proclaiming an Area in the City of Christchurch to be a Reclamation Area under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of August 1976.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that area of land, situated within the City of Christchurch on the northern side of Haast Street approaching the Stanmore Road intersection with Haast Street, being more particularly the land described below, containing a total area of five thousand five hundred and seventy-eight square metres (5578 m²) or thereabouts (subject to survey) being Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 5641, Pt. Lot 1, D.P. 5641, and Pt. Lot 1, D.P. 2039, being all of the land described in certificates of title (Canterbury Registry):

Volume 352, folio 277,
Volume 349, folio 209,
Volume 332, folio 34,
Volume 330, folio 161,
Volume 330, folio 184, and
all of the land described in balance certificate of title:

Volume 219, folio 168, and

being part of the land described in certificate of title (Canterbury Registry):

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1976.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 25 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being part Allotment 33, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland; as shown on plan S.O. 50386, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
