NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Baylys Beach water supply area, taken on the 14th day of August 1976, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $150,000 to be known as the Baylys Beach Water Supply Loan 1976, for the purpose of providing a treated water supply for the Baylys Beach water supply area, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 75.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 48.
The number of informal votes was 0.

I, therefore, declare that the proposal was carried.
