NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 12th day of July 1976, confirming the cancellation of the share premium account of the abovenamed company, and the minute, approved by the Court, showing the several particulars required by the abovementioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of August 1976.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:

That the cancellation of the share premium account, resolved in the special resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the applicant company held on the 28th day of May 1976, be confirmed.

THE adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 23 August 1976 at Timaru was 201.13 cents per kilogram.
The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 1.53 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 22 August 1976 until midnight on 25 August 1976.

THE adjusted weighted average sale prices and specified percentages for retention purposes for the auction sales of wool held on 19 August 1976 were as follows:
Dunedin: adjusted weighted average sale price: 198.22 cents per kilo; specified retention: 0.81 percent.
Invercargill: adjusted weighted average sale price: 200.01 cents per kilo; specified retention: 1.25 percent.
The overall average specified retention applicable for any private buying operations from midnight on 18 August 1976 until midnight on 22 August 1976 was 1.03 percent.

“EXTRA CHOICE” SCHEME FOR PRIVATE PURCHASES OF WOOL FROM GROWERS BY THE N.Z. WOOL MARKETING CORPORATION
As from 1 September 1976, any wool received for sale under this scheme will only be valued provided that the grower agrees that if the Corporation’s offer is not accepted, then the wool may not be sold to any other party until the next auction sale at that centre or extra choice valuation date at that centre or 14 days, whichever is the shortest time.
