National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 August 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 25 State Highway, from its junction with Cemetery Road to its junction with Kauaeranga South Road for its full width, as more particularly shown on plan LA 21/76/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 16 October 1974*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno to Wellington) from the southern boundary of Greytown Borough to the boundary of Featherston Borough, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 36416 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Masterton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said No. 2 State Highway for half its width on the eastern side, commencing 180 metres south of its junction with Camp Road for a distance of 100 metres along the frontage of land held for a military camp under New Zealand Gazette, 1915, page 3284.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 12 October 1973*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville via New Plymouth) from the south side of Ohaupo to the northern boundary of Te Awamutu, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 10 of plan M.O.W. 35733 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said No. 3 State Highway for half its width on the western side, commencing at the junction point of the boundary between Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 15635 (C.T. 13C/1219 and C.T. 13C/1220 respectively) with the road reserve boundary and extending in a southerly direction for 300 metres along the frontage of Lot 5 and Pt. Allot. 50.
