Plants Declared Noxious Weeds under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, in the County of Hawke's Bay (No. 1505 Ag. 12/10/4/2)

Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order made by the Hawke's Bay County Council, on the 12th day of July 1976, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

In pursuance of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Hawke's Bay County Council hereby declares pennisetum (Pennisetum macrourum) and wild teasel (Dipsacus silvester) to be noxious weeds within the jurisdiction of the said council.

Plant Declared Noxious under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, in the County of Golden Bay (No. 1506 Ag. 12/10/4/4)

Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Golden Bay County Council on the 14th day of July 1976, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

That the Golden Bay County Council, pursuant to section 87 of the Counties Act 1956, and section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and all other enactments and amendments and of each and every other power and authority in that behalf enabling it so to do, doth hereby declare, and resolve by way of special order in confirmation of the resolution passed at the ordinary meeting of the council, held on 9 June 1976, that the Golden Bay County Council hereby declares thorn apple (Datura stramonium) a noxious weed.

Dated at Wellington this 11th day of August 1976.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed, under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, in the County of Tauranga (No. 1503 Ag. 12/10/4/1)

Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order, made by the Tauranga County Council on the 17th day of July 1976, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

That, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Tauranga County Council hereby declares by way of special order, thorn apple (Datura stramonium), to be a noxious weed in the County of Tauranga.
