Pursuant to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to
182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby authorises Stirling James Ashby to
reclaim from the bed of the Kawakawa River an area of
1840 square metres, more or less, of Crown land as shown
on plan MD (N) 60 and deposited in the office of the
Ministry of Transport at Auckland.
