Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block III, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County
EDWARD DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General By his Deputy RICHARD WILD
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1976.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 34.1 perches, situated in Block III, Maketu Survey District, being part Rangiuru 1A14 Block, Section 9; as shown on plan M.O.W. 24840 (S.O. 45332) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1976.

Revoking as to Part a Proclamation Taking an Easement over Land for Waterworks in Block V, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 14th day of September 1973, and published in the Gazette, No. 87, of the 20th day of September 1973, at page 1778, taking an easement over land for waterworks, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such easement being no longer required.

ALL that piece of land, situated in Block V, Thames Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 18706; as shown on plan S.O. 48531, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “B”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 5th day of August 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 19th day of August 1976.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 square metres, situated in the City of Nelson, being part Section 351, City of Nelson; as shown on plan S.O. 11932, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of August 1976.
