and proceeding on a bearing of 262° 33' for 30 metres; thence
on a bearing of 293° 30' for 942 metres; thence on a bearing
of 11° 15' to the left bank of Tansey Creek; thence easterly
along the left bank of Tansey Creek to the western side
of Cape Terrace Road; thence generally south-easterly along
the western road side to the north-eastern boundary of Rural
Section 2950; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern
boundary aforesaid to the point of commencement.
Also all that area of State forest land being Reserves 1739
and 1740, situated in Block XI, Hohonu Survey District,
containing 263.9764 hectares, more or less, bounded by a
line commencing at the westernmost corner of Rural Section
2084 and proceeding due west to a public road along the
right bank of Eastern Hohonu River; thence generally north-
easterly along the aforesaid road to the southern boundary
of Rural Section 2441; thence easterly and northerly along
the southern and eastern boundaries of the aforesaid rural
section to the south-western corner of Rural Section 2440;
thence easterly along the southern boundary of the aforesaid
rural section to the western boundary of part Rural Section
857; thence south-westerly and south-easterly along the eastern
boundaries of Reserves 1739 and 1740 to the north-eastern
corner of Rural Section 3122; thence generally south-westerly
along the northern boundary of Rural Section 3122, a public
road and its production to and across Eel Creek, the left
bank of the aforesaid creek, the north-eastern and northern
boundary of Rural Section 2084 to the point of commence-
ment.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in Bay of Plenty Harbour Board
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Tauranga Harbour Board
Loan and Empowering Act 1968, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives notice that the land, described in the Schedule
to this notice, has been effectively reclaimed from the waters
of Tauranga Harbour, and such reclaimed Crown land is
hereby vested in the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board for an
estate in fee simple, for the purposes of the Harbours Act
1950, subject to the provisions of section 59 of the Land
Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Mount
Maunganui Borough, being part Section 132, Block VII,
Tauranga Survey District, containing 1.0090 hectares, more
or less, as shown on plan S.O. 48663, lodged in the office of
the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

The Traffic (Strathallan County and Timaru City) Notice
No. 1, 1976
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Strathallan County
and Timaru City) Notice No. 1, 1976. -
The roads, specified in the First Schedule hereto, are
hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed
by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. -
The roads, specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are
hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956*. -
The Traffic (Levels County) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated
the 4th day of March 1971†, and the Traffic (Timaru City
and Levels County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 14th day
of June 1974†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962,
and regulations 27A and 27B of the Traffic Regulations 1956*,
which relate to roads situated within Timaru City and Levels
County, are hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Timaru City:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 50
metres measured north-easterly generally along the said high-
way from Jellicoe Street to the northern boundary of Timaru
City.
No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton): from No. 1 State
Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to the northern boundary of Timaru
City.
