Revoking in Part a Declaration Taking Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration taking land for soil conservation and river control purposes, dated 30 October 1973, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 15 November 1973, at page 2353, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
