A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land,
defined in the Schedule hereto, to be a reclamation area under
Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect, on and after the 21st day of July 1976.
