CORRIGENDUM
CONSENTING TO RAISING OF LOANS BY CERTAIN
LOCAL AUTHORITIES
In the notice, dated the 19th day of July 1976, and published
in New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, 22 July 1976, page 1703,
insert "Rotorua County Council:" between "Sewage Treatment
and Reticulation Redemption Loan 1976" and "Ngongotaha
Water Supply Redemption Loan 1976".

CORRIGENDUM
In the Schedule to the notice, dated the 2nd day of July
1976, and published in the Gazette, No. 78, 15 July 1976,
page 1639, declaring land acquired for a Government work
and not required for that purpose, to be Crown land for
the description of the piece of land containing 71 acres and
1 rood read "being parts of Sections 15 and 15A, Block XXI,
Invercargill Hundred" which description appears in the
original notice, signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration, dated the 24th day of June 1976, published
in New Zealand Gazette, No. 75, 1 July 1976, page 1508,
declaring land taken, subject to a building line restriction
for Maori housing purposes in the City of Rotorua, pursuant
to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 delete the word
"transfer" in the fifth line, which word does not appear in
the original Declaration, and in the description of the area
of land containing 39 perches, fourthly described in the
Schedule to the said Declaration, for "Lot 11, D.P. S. 14252"
read "Lot 9, D.P. S. 14252", which description appears in
the original Declaration, signed by the Minister of Works
and Development.

Land Taken for Road in Block II, Paritutu Survey District,
Taranaki County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taranaki,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after
the 5th day of August 1976.

SCHEDULE
Taranaki Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 1088 square metres, being
part Section 4, Bell District, situated in Block II, Paritutu
Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 10780, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of July 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken for the transmission of electricity
(substation).
