Notice of Acquisition of Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for scenic and historic purposes, subject to the provisions of Parts IV and V of the said Act, to form part of the Whitianga Rock Scenic and Historic Reserve.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Westland Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Westland Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Greymouth Borough, Grey and Westland Counties, and the Hokitika and Runanga Boroughs.
