on plan S.O. 6145, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Gisborne, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken for a Special School in Block IV,
Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken
for a special school, from and after the 29th day of July
1976.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Orahiri
Survey District, described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims and declares as street the land, described in the
Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Council-
lors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui.

and described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Resumed
and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block V,
Tautane Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land, described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke and hereby
proclaims as closed the road, described in the Second Schedule
hereto; also hereby resumes the land, described in the Third
Schedule hereto, for the purposes of subsection (6) of the
said section 29, and also hereby declares that the road,
described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall, when so
closed, and the land, described in the Third Schedule hereto,
shall, when so resumed, be incorporated in lease in perpetuity
No. 369, recorded in register book, Volume 37, folio 191,
Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the
Queen as to one undivided one-third share by Margaret
Moana Hales, of Wimbledon, spinster, and as to one undivided
one-fourth share by Ralph Edward Thomas Hales, of Wimble-
don, farmer, and as to one undivided one-sixth share by
the Public Trustee as executor, in the estate of Marie Moana
Speedy, and as to one undivided one-fourth share by Ralph
Edward Thomas Hales, of Wimbledon, farmer, and Brian
Thomas Hales, of Dannevirke, teacher, as executors in the
estate of John Wignall Hales (deceased), as tenants-in-
common in the said shares.
