Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of Ngatimanawa of Hokianga, and the descendants of the Tupuna, Heremia Te Wake.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land, situated in Block III, Hokianga Survey District, and described as follows:

4.3756 Panguru D4 as created by a Consolidation (Title) Order of the Maori Land Court, dated 26 May 1952.

Declaring Additional Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Hungahungatoroa 1B2B1, constituted by Order in Council, dated 6 October 1958, and published in the Gazette, No. 63, on 16 October 1958.

Excluding Maori Freehold Land from a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, those pieces of land, described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be excluded from the existing Maori Reservation, known as Hungahungatoroa 1B2B1, constituted by Order in Council, dated 6 October 1958, and published in the Gazette, No. 63, on 16 October 1958.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1976, No. 2.

  2. The notice, referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land, described in that notice, was declared to be subject to the provision of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1976, No. 11.
  2. The notice, referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Hop Marketing Committee Election (No. 1477 Ag. 60546)

Pursuant to clause II of the Schedule to the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of five producers' representatives on the Hop Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz, Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, and Nelson.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 21 July 1976.
