The Traffic (Buller County) Notice No. 1, 1976
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Buller County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
2. The road, specified in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The road, specified in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
4. The Traffic (Buller County) Notice 1958†, under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, which relates to road, situated within Buller County, is hereby revoked.
   FIRST SCHEDULE
   SITUATED within Buller County at Gravity:
   No. 67 State Highway (Westport-Karamea): from a point 200 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Granite-Stockton Road to a point 1320 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Granite-Stockton Road.
   SECOND SCHEDULE
   SITUATED within Buller County at Gravity, Hector, and Ngakawau:
   No. 67 State Highway (Westport-Karamea): from a point 1280 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the Ngakawau River Bridge to a point 200 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Granite-Stockton Road, and from a point 1320 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Granite-Stockton Road to a point 160 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Twins Stream Bridge.
