The amount of the said consolidated special rate shall be of such amount as is sufficient to provide for the payment of the annual charges in respect of the special loans listed above plus 10 percent thereof.
Further, that the Common Seal of the Mayor Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Picton be affixed unto the above-written special order, in the presence of His Worship the Mayor and the Town Clerk.”

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
The Auckland Regional Authority, a body corporate, constituted under the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (hereinafter called “the Authority”) hereby gives notice that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, having been designated, pursuant to and for the purposes of section 34L of the said Act, as highway improvement land in the operative district scheme of the Borough of New Lynn (prepared under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953) is required to be taken and that the Authority intends, under the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, and the Public Works Act 1928, to take the said land, described in the Schedule hereto, under the Public Works Act 1928, as and for highway improvement land as defined by the said Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the authority’s secretary on the Third Floor of Regional House, corner of Hobson and Wellesley Streets, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons directly affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, who wish to make any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of New Lynn containing:
(i) 11 square metres, more or less, being the land marked “A” on Survey Office Plan 51301, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. 904/247, North Auckland Registry, and situated at No. 19 Binsted Road;
(ii) 537 square metres, more or less, being the land marked “B” on Survey Office Plan 51301, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. 905/150, North Auckland Registry, and situated at No. 17 Binsted Road (corner of Binsted Road and Cunard Street);
(iii) 62 square metres, more or less, being the land marked “C” on Survey Office Plan 51301, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. ID/248, North Auckland Registry, and situated at the corner of Binsted Road and Reid Road.

DISTRICT GRAND LODGES AND DISTRICT GRAND ROYAL ARCH CHAPTERS ENGLISH FREEMASONS OF NEW ZEALAND TRUSTEES ACT 1976
Notice is hereby given of intention to apply for leave to bring a private bill before the House of Representatives.
The object of the bill is to enable real and personal property that belongs now, or may hereafter belong, to the said district grand lodges, district grand royal arch chapters, or lodges and chapters subject thereto, to vest in and be managed by trustees and that, on any change in the trusteeship becoming necessary, the title to such property should devolve without the inconvenience and expense of conveyance or transfer being incurred.
Note: Trustees appointed, pursuant to the provisions of the District Grand Lodge of English Freemasons of Auckland Trustees Act 1935, or of the Masonic Property Trusts Act 1956, shall be deemed to be trustees appointed, pursuant to the provisions of this bill.
The promoter of the Bill is Wilfred Fortune, of Auckland, solicitor, whose address for communications or notices is 450 Queen Street, Auckland, or C.P.O. Box 4139, Auckland.
A copy of the bill may be inspected at Room 313, Dilworth Building, Custom Street East, Auckland, or at No. 227A, Manchester Street, Christchurch.
