PLUMBERS (1969) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland; and the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on the 21st day of July 1976 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;

and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by

porated company having its registered office at 1 Parliament
Street, Lower Hutt:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition, under section 209
of the Companies Act 1955, for an Order that EARLE MILTON
CUNNINGHAM, AUDREY ZILLAH WHITTINGTON, ELMA MAY
CATON, and DORA ELLEN KREYL, being shareholders holding
the majority of the shares in the above company (hereinafter
referred to as “the majority shareholders”) do transfer to
the petitioner 50 shares in WESTERN STORAGE LIMITED, a
duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Wellington, being one-fortieth of the shareholding in that
company; or in the alternative for an Order that the majority
shareholders cause the said WESTERN STORAGE LIMITED to
transfer certain land and a warehouse, as described in the
said petition, to the above company; and for a further Order
that an account be taken of the profits received by the
said WESTERN STORAGE LIMITED, from the 7th day of October
1966 to the present time, arising from the use by the said
WESTERN STORAGE LIMITED of the said land and that the said
WESTERN STORAGE LIMITED and the majority shareholders
do make payment to the petitioner of one-fortieth of the
said profits together with interest thereon with quarterly rest
at 8 percent per annum; and for an Order that the majority
shareholders pay the costs of and incidental to the pro-
ceedings; and for such other Order as shall be just, was
presented to the Supreme Court at Wellington, on the 21st
day of May 1976, by AILEEN LOUISA GLADYS HARMAN, of
Lower Hutt, married woman; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard at the Court sitting at Wellington,
on the 14th day of July 1976, at 10 o’clock in the fore-
noon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on
the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
