Environmental Impact Report Notified—Paihia Sewerage Scheme

THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the proposals for the Paihia sewerage scheme. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until 31 July 1976.

Copies of the report may be purchased from the Bay of Islands County Council. Copies may be seen at the public libraries at Whangarei, Russell, Kawakawa, and Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin, or at the libraries of the seven university institutions.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 22 June 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of the Otaki to Waikanae section of State Highway 1, fronting Lots 1 and 2 of D.P. 41434, for its full width as more particularly shown on plan L.A. 52/3/3, and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 22 June 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno to Wellington) from its junction with Hamua Road to the northern boundary of the Borough of Eketahuna, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan L.A. 51/11/1, and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 22 June 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 29 State Highway (Mangatarata to Tirau) from its junction with No. 29 State Highway to the line of the projected south boundary of Lot 1 D.P. S. 4993 across the highway, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 11 of plan L.A. 23/106/1, and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice, dated 11 November 1975, and published in Gazette, No. 107, 27 November 1975, page 2841, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
