Amending a Notice Closing Road in Block V, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 26th day of February 1976, published in Gazette, No. 24, 11 March 1976, at page 498, closing road in Block V, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Tauranga City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Manukau City Domain
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Manukau City Domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.
