Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the reconstruction of part of the Ohaeawai-Maungaturoto section of State Highway 12. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land, so required to be taken, is deposited in the post office at Maungaturoto, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 24.4 perches, situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, and being part of Waima D14 Block, as shown coloured yellow on plan S.O. 46879, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland. The said land is situated at Waima, 28 kilometres west of Kaikohe.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, and Vested in Block VI, Ohinewairua Survey District, Rangitikei County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei, and also hereby proclaims that the road, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Douglas Goldie Young, of Wanganui, solicitor, subject to lease No. 909401, Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby proclaims that the road, described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in the Public Trustee subject to lease No. 895258, Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby proclaims that the road, described in the Fourth Schedule, is hereby closed.
