CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957

SCHEME PROPOUNDED BY THE BOARD OF THE ST ANDREWS HOSTELS TRUST FOR FUTURE OF THE TRUST FUND

Notice Under Section 36

The Board of the St Andrews Hostels Trust Incorporated proposes that the present trust, established by deed, dated the 18th day of July 1958, be wound up, and that trust fund, subject thereto, be paid to the Wellington Presbyterian/Methodist Halls of Residence Trust Board for application by such board. The present trust fund is inadequate for the St Andrews Hostels Trust Incorporated to operate a hostel on an economic basis, and, after much investigation, the board is satisfied that the use of the trust fund for the above purposes would be a proper and appropriate use. Full details of the scheme are open for inspection by the public without any fee or charge at the Supreme Court Public Offices, corner Stout Street and Ballance Street, Wellington. The date set down for hearing in the Supreme Court is on Wednesday, the 11th day of August 1976, at 10 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court; the Trustees of the Board, care of Young Bennett & Co., Solicitors, 318 Lambton Quay, Wellington; and the Attorney-General, care of Crown Law Office, 26 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, not less than 7 clear days before the date of hearing.

The Board of the St Andrews Hostels Trust Incorporated by their solicitors and duly authorised agents:

YOUNG BENNETT & CO.
