Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands, described in those notices, were declared ‘to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notices aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the 'Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 22.
2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

   Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
   PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a church site and burial ground, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Kura subtribe and the adherents of the church of the province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England.

   ALL that piece of land, situated in Block XIII of the Whakarara Survey District, and described as follows:

   MAORI LAND COURT SITTINGS—MAORI APPELLATE COURT SITTINGS
   NOTICE is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Appellate Court and of the Maori Land Court will be held during the period 1 January 1977 to 31 March 1978 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.
   The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and place thereof in the case of the Maori Appellate Court) will be notified in the relevant panui. If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the panui.
