Notice is hereby given that the Takapuna City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the fee simple estate in the land, described in the Schedule hereto, for a certain public work, namely, street. The general purpose for which the land to be taken is to be used is street. A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Takapuna City Council, Fourth Floor, South British Building, corner Lake Road and Huron Street, Takapuna, and is there open for inspection.
