Jurisdiction of No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 115 of the Transport Act 1962, it is hereby determined that the No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority shall, during the week commencing on 21 June 1976, have jurisdiction to hear an application, lodged by Mr E. L. Mangham for a new passenger-service licence, to operate from Balclutha.

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand—Designation of Administrative Local Authority for North Otago Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby designate the Oamaru Borough Council to be administrative local authority in respect of the North Otago Community Arts Council.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hungarian People’s Republic

The Waiopetu College Board of Governors (Amending) Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice

NOTICE

'1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Waiopetu College Board of Governors (Amending) Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1976.

  1. The Board of Governors of Waiopetu College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board.
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school.
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school.
(d) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  1. The Levin Secondary Schools Board of Governors shall cease to control Waiopetu College and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

  2. The Waiopetu College Board of Governors Notice 1976* is revoked.

Tauhara College Board of Governors Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Tauhara College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1976.

  2. The Board of Governors of Tauhara College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board.
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school.
(c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school.
(d) One member appointed by the Taupo Borough Council.
(e) One member appointed by the Taupo County Council.
(f) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
