- Goods classified E, specified in subparagraph 1 hereof under Category B and not complying
with the minimum loads shown but complying with the following minimum loads will be
charged Class E plus 25 percent.

Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class E plus
50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

Handling and Tallying—The department may require all loading, unloading, and tallying
to be performed by the owners.
Where any such services are performed by the department charges as prescribed in section
122 will be made, with the following exception:
Exception—No charge will be made for loading, unloading, or tallying when goods are
charged at Class E plus 25 or 50 percent except where in section 68 it is provided that loading
and unloading be performed by owners. -

Wool, Raw, Unscoured will be charged as follows:
Undumped bales ... Not exceeding 205 kg per bale ... Class H.
Quantity in excess of 205 kg per bale ... Class D pro rata.
Double-dumped bales ... Not exceeding 410 kg per bale ... Class H double rate.
Bags, fadges, pockets ... Not exceeding 100 kg per package ... Class C. (Maximum
charge per package
Class H.)
Exceeding 100 kg per package ... Class H.
Dense-packed or double dumped bales exceeding 410 kg, per Class D on actual weight

Wool, Scoured—Except as may be otherwise provided, scoured wool will be charged
as follows:

performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, sheeting or tallying is performed by the
department, the following charges per bale will be made:
