PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, to form part of the Black Jack Scenic Reserve.
