Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1976, No. 8.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1450 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land being
(ii) An area of 8 acres and 3 perches or thereabouts, situated south-east of and adjoining Turners Road, Marshlands, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 4068, C.T. 292/39 (Canterbury Registry).

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed, Under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, in the County of Matamata (No. 1451 Ag. 12/10/4/3)
Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order, made by the Matamata County Council on the 18th day of May 1976 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves by way of special order that thorn apple (Datura stramonium) be declared a noxious weed within the County of Matamata.

National Roads BoardโNotice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 15 September 1971*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction with Willis Road to its junction with Wilson Street in Rangitikei County, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan M.O.W. 17227, and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State Highway for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the junction point of the north boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 27594 (C.T. E4/664) with the road reserve, and extending 20 metres southward across the frontage of the said Lot 1.
