Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway
Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways to be State highways, dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. I, p. 384, by deleting from the Schedule to the said notice the paragraph, described in the First Schedule hereto, and substituting therefor the paragraph, set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH deleted from the South Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
Blenheim - No. 6 State Highway.
SECOND SCHEDULE
BLENHEIM - No. 6 State Highway: from the junction of Nelson Street and No. 1 State Highway, along Nelson Street, Middle Renwick Road to the western boundary of the Borough of Blenheim.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed Under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in the County of Waikato (No. 1447 Ag. 12/10/4/1)
Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order made by the Waikato County Council on the 4th day of May 1976 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
In exercise of the powers, conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waikato County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that thorn apple or Jimson weed (Datura stramonium), being a plant included in the First Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, be declared a noxious weed within the County of Waikato.

In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967, and in the matter of the estate of Albert James Jackson, late of West Melton, but now deceased:
Notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand on the 5th day of May 1975 filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Christchurch electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law in practice of bankruptcy.
I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors in the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Christchurch, on the 27th day of May 1976, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts as soon as may be in the manner provided by the Insolvency Act 1967. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
