Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for river protection purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waipukurau Borough Council of Part of a Reserve

The Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1976
PURSUANT to regulation 10 of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulation 1965*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1976.

2. The fees for registration plates and licence labels in respect of the licensing year, commencing on 1 July 1976, and (unless hereafter otherwise prescribed) any licencing year hereafter shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

3. The warrant, dated the 18th day of June 1965†, is hereby revoked provided that the fees prescribed therein shall remain in force until the end of the licensing year which commenced on 1 July 1975.

   SCHEDULE

   TRADE plates for:
   Motor cycles and power cycles .... $1 each.
   Motor vehicles (other than motor cycles and power cycles) .... $2 per set of 2 plates.

Registration plates for:
Motor cycles, power cycles, tractors or trailers .... $1 each.
Motor vehicles not otherwise specified .... $2.50 per set of 2 plates.
Licence labels .... 10 cents per label.
