Declaring Land Taken for a Postmaster's Residence in Block
XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Town of Bulls
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
subject to the fencing covenant in transfer 392426 and the
building-line restriction imposed by resolution No. 079011.4
for a postmaster's residence from and after the 6th day of
May 1976.

South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to
coal mining operations under Part III of the Coal Mines
