PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line restrictions imposed by 140490.1, North Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 6th day of May 1976.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto from and after the 6th day of May 1976; such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in Declaration S. 569547, South Auckland Land Registry.

Description of Easement
THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty the Queen to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals and vehicles over and along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way.

Land Over Which Easement is Taken
ALL that piece of land containing 141 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Kamakorau Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 17075, being part Allotment 191, Parish of Kirikiriroa; as shown on plan S.O. 48529 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked βAβ.

ALL that piece of land containing 5.62 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, and being those parts of Sections 105 and 107, Town of Wellington, as are shown bordered green on D.P. 7062. All certificate of title, Volume 357, folio 297, Wellington Land Registry.
(a) Together with the easements appurtenant thereto of party wall, of overhanging eaves, and of encroachment of chimney all over other part of Section 105 created by conveyance 141850 (260/619).
(b) Subject as to part Section 105 to the easements of party wall and an easement of encroaching chimney as set out in conveyance 141850.
(c) Subject to the conditions as to building imposed by Order in Council No. 1087.
