The Nga Tapuwae College Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Nga Tapuwae College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Nga Tapuwae College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Two members appointed by the Manukau City Council;
(e) One member appointed by the Akarana District Maori Council;
(f) One member appointed by the Pacific Islands Advisory Council of Auckland;
(g) One member appointed by the Secretary for Internal Affairs;
(h) One member appointed by the Director-General of Education;
(i) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

The Southern Secondary Schools Board of Governors shall cease to control Nga Tapuwae College and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

The Control of Nga Tapuwae College Notice 1976* is hereby revoked.

Horowhenua College Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Horowhenua College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors for Horowhenua College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) One member elected by the Horowhenua College Old Pupils’ Association;
(e) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- The Levin Secondary Schools Board of Governors Notice 1973* is hereby revoked.

The Waiopelu College Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

- (1) This notice may be cited as the Waiopelu College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Waiopelu College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- The Levin Secondary Schools Board of Governors shall cease to control Waiopelu College and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

Southern Secondary Schools’ Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Southern Secondary Schools’ Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Papatoetoe High School, Aorere College, Hillary College, and Tangaroa College, and of any other secondary school for the time being placed under the control of that board shall be known as the Southern Secondary Schools’ Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member elected by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of all schools controlled by the Board;
(c) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Papatoetoe High School;
(d) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Aorere College;
(e) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Hillary College;
(f) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Tangaroa College;
(g) One member co-opted by the board itself if and when it thinks fit.
- This notice is in substitution for the Southern Secondary Schools’ Board of Governors Order 1966*.

Hastings High Schools’ Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Hastings High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Hastings Boys’ High School, Hastings Girls’ High School and Karamu High School shall be known as the Hastings High Schools’ Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Hawke’s Bay Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools under the control of the Board;
(c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending the schools under the control of the Board;
(d) One member appointed by the Hastings City Council;
