This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force for a period of 21 years from the 1st day of April 1976.

This licence shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1976.

This licence is issued in place of the Waitomo Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968, dated the 17th day of June 1968, and published in the Gazette on the 27th day of June 1968 at page 1080, and that part of the Wairere Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1966, dated the 2nd day of November 1966, and published in the Gazette on the 10th day of November 1966 at page 1780, authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines and to construct electric works.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
The Waitomo Electric Power District as defined in the First Schedule to the Order in Council, dated the 22nd day of March 1976, and published in the Gazette, on the 9th day of April 1976, at page 799.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LINES AUTHORISED
(a) A line commencing at the New Zealand Electricity Department’s Ongarue substation and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction to the southern boundary of the Waitomo Electric Power District, the said lines being shown by means of a red line on the plan marked S.H.D. 303 deposited as aforesaid.
(b) A line commencing from the lines described in the last-preceding paragraph at a point in part 61c, Section 3, Block VIII, Aria Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction to the southern boundary of the Waitomo Electric Power District, the said lines being shown by means of a blue line on the said plan S.H.D. 303.
(c) A line commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Board’s area of supply and proceeding generally in an easterly direction to a point west of the Waipapa Stream bridge, Block IX, Atiamuri S.D.: the said line being more particularly shown by means of a broken red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 773, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
(d) A line commencing from a point on the southern boundary of Section 3D3F of Block IX, and proceeding in a northerly direction to Section 3D3D of Block V, Otanake Survey District.

The Tasman Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1976
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licences the Tasman Electric Power Board, subject to the following conditions, to supply electricity to the public within the area described in the First Schedule hereto, and to lay, construct, put up, place, use, and to supply those consumers receiving electrical energy from, the electric lines described in the Second Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS

This licence may be cited as the Tasman Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1976.

The conditions, directed by the Electrical Supply Regulations, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, to be implied in every licence to erect electric lines, shall be deemed to be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence.

This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976.

This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force for a period of 21 years from the 22nd day of March 1976.

This licence shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd day of March 1976.

The Golden Bay Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1971, dated the 24th day of March 1971, and published in the Gazette on the 15th day of April 1971 at page 663, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
The Tasman Electric Power District, as defined in the First Schedule to the Order in Council, dated the 22nd day of March 1976, and published in the Gazette on the 9th day of April 1976 at page 797.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LINES AUTHORISED
- A line commencing from a point on Boundary Road approximately 28 chains south-east of Waima Road and proceeding thence in a generally easterly direction across the Grampians and Brook Street to the eastern boundary of the Nelson City Council’s area of supply, with a branch line commencing from a point approximately 8 chains north-east of Grampian Hill Trig, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally to a television transmitter building in Block IV, Waima Survey District; the said lines being more particularly delineated by means of red lines on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 793, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Tauranga Boys College and Tauranga Girls College shall be known as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools controlled by the Board;
(c) Four members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Tauranga Boys College;
(d) Four members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Tauranga Girls College;
(e) One member appointed by the Tauranga City Council;
(f) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- The Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Notice 1973* is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Naenae College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.
- The Board of Governors of Naenae College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers at the school;
(c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) One member appointed by the Lower Hutt City Council;
(e) One member elected by the school committee of the Naenae Intermediate School;
