Declaring Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Putaruru

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Putaruru from and after the 29th day of April 1976.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV, Waingaromia Survey District, Cook County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cook; hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and also hereby declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed and taken, vest in Donald George MacMillan, of Waikaou, farmer, as the registered proprietor of the land contained in certificate of title No. 2C/973, subject to mortgages 102543, 116865.2, Gisborne Land Registry.
