Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks VIII
and XII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui and also pro-
claims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and that the road secondly described in the said
Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Boris Joseph
Jurlina, of Lake Ohia, farmer, subject to memoranda of
mortgage 381362 and 161948, North Auckland Land Registry.
