Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Christchurch and Waimairi County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for electricity purposes, and the right of way and electricity easements, described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for electricity purposes over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and that such land and easements shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after the 29th day of April 1976.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction as shown on plan No. 8229 and subject also to the easement of full drainage rights as shown on plan No. 8229, reserved to the Lower Hutt City Council, for State housing purposes from and after the 29th day of April 1976.
