A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1976.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

All that piece of land containing 15.32 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Section 140, Town of Wellington, and being also Lot 7, D.P. “A” 152. All certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 285.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by conveyance 27902 and subject to Order in Council No. 1695 for the purposes of a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1976.

All that piece of land containing 69 square metres, situated in the City of Nelson, being part Section 172, City of Nelson,

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a pleasure ground and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a proclamation, dated the 15th day of March 1940, and published in Gazette 20 March 1940, at page 450. Now therefore pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 29th day of April 1976 for street.
