State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby
form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—
THAMES COUNTY
SECTION 27, Block XV, Hastings Survey District: area,
122.3300 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 47873).
As shown on plan N49/25 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service in Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of April 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chair-
man, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Opotiki
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th
day of April 1976.

Survey District, described as follows:
