of MOTORCYCLE & CHAIN SAW CENTRE LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 2nd day of April 1976, presented to the said Court
by ARCO DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying
on business as a farm machinery distributor. And that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Christchurch on the 30th day of April 1976 at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requir-
ing a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTE—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing

The notice must state the name, address and description
of the person, or, if a firm, the name, address and descrip-
tion of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles
of the office of the Supreme Court at Christchurch, and
must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their Solicitor
(if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent
by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's
address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon
of the 29th day of April 1976.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

SPECIAL ORDER—CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, intended
to operate as a special order, was passed at a meeting of the
Mount Roskill Borough Council held on the 2nd day of March
1976 and was confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Mount
Roskill Borough Council held in the Municipal Chambers,
Three Kings, Mount Roskill, at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 13th
April 1976.

RESOLUTION

That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954,
as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations
Amendment Act 1959, and all other powers enabling it in that
behalf, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves,
by way of special order, that instead of levying the special
rates specified in the Schedule hereto to make a uniform
consolidated special rate of decimal eight three two five (.8325)
cents in the dollar ($) on all rateable property within the
Borough of Mount Roskill, and the same is hereby made an
annually recurring rate for the purpose of paying the annual
charges plus ten percent (10%) thereof, payable in respect of
the loans secured by those special rates.

And the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby further
resolves that the consolidated special rate shall be payable
in one sum on the first day of April in each year at the
Council Chambers, corner Three Kings and Mount Albert
Roads, Mount Roskill, to the Town Clerk or at such other
place or to such other person for the time being authorised
by the council.
