PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Henderson High School Board of Governors Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Henderson High School Board of Governors Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.

  2. The Board of Governors of Henderson High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit;
(d) One member elected by the teachers at the school.


  1. This notice is in substitution for the Henderson High School Board of Governors Order 1968*.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ellesmere and Paparua Counties) Notice No. 1, 1976.
  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The Traffic (Ellesmere and Paparua Counties) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 27th day of May 1974†, under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Ellesmere and Paparua Counties at Rolleston is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Ellesmere County at Rolleston:

Brookside Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from George Street.

Lincoln-Rolleston Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 240 metres measured south-easterly generally along the Lincoln-Rolleston Road from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).

Springton-Rolleston Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly generally along the Springton-Rolleston Road from Moore Street.

SITUATED within Ellesmere County at Rolleston:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from a point 140 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the Lincoln-Rolleston Road to a point 340 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Lincoln-Rolleston Road.

Springton Road.

SITUATED within Paparua County at Rolleston:

Springton Road: from the south-eastern boundary of Paparua County to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly generally along Springton Road from Jones Road.
