PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 6 September 1966* authorising Elizabeth Eugene Potter, Richard James Kellow, and Dick Ryff, acting as trustees for the Otahuhu Sailing Club to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River, Otahuhu, as a site for a clubhouse, is hereby revoked.
