Warrant Appointing the Deputy of a Member on the Waikato Valley Authority and Revoking Earlier Appointment

WHEREAS by a warrant, dated the 13th day of May 1968, and published in the Gazette of 6 June 1968, No. 34, page 846 Edwin Samuel Charrott was appointed to be deputy for Reginald Ernest Hermans F.I.C.E., District Commissioner of Works, Hamilton, a member of the Waikato Valley Authority representing the Ministry of Works and Development.

And whereas the said Edwin Samuel Charrott has now been transferred from Hamilton to Wanganui and it is considered expedient to appoint another deputy for the said Reginald Ernest Hermans in lieu of the said Edwin Samuel Charrott:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, the Minister of Works and Development hereby cancels the appointment of the said Edwin Samuel Charrott as deputy to the said Reginald Ernest Hermans and hereby appoints Geoffrey Coleman B.E., A.M.N.Z.I.E., District Civil Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, to be deputy for the said Reginald Ernest Hermans.
