Varying Determination by the Minister of Customs Under
Section 121 of the Customs Act 1966

PURSUANT to section 121 of the Customs Act 1966, the Minister
of Customs hereby varies, in the manner set out in the
Schedule hereto, the determinations made under the said sec-
tion on the 24th day of October 1975 and published in the
Gazette on the 13th day of November 1975 at pages 2546
and 2547.

SCHEDULE

PART II of the determination is amended at paragraph 4 (c),
by omitting the words “Hub caps” and adding the words
“Hub caps, hub centres, full wheel covers, wheel trim bands,
wheel trim discs and wheel rimbellishers.”
This variation to the aforesaid determination will take effect
on the 1st day of October 1976.

Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 10E of the Industries Development Commission Act 1961, and to the provisions of the Import Control Regulations
1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 4 April 1976.
Until the expiry of this notice, pursuant to section 10E of the Industries Development Commission Act 1961, or its earlier revocation,
the items—

Ex 51.04.038 Woven polyester fabrics, other than tyre cord fabrics and specialty fabrics when declared by a manufacturer for use by him
Ex 51.04.039 in making neckties.
