Electoral District
Pursuant to the Electoral Act 1956, I have received a return
of the Writ issued by me on the 26th day of January 1976,
for the election of a member of Parliament to serve in the
House of Representatives for the Nelson Electoral District,
and by the endorsement on that writ it appears that
Melvyn Francis Courtney
has been duly elected to serve as a member for the said
district.

Pursuant to section 195 of the Industrial Relations Act
1973, it is hereby notified that unless cause to the contrary
is shown, I intend to cancel the registration of the New
Zealand Federated Labourers' General Workers and Related
Trades Industrial Association of Workers, Registered No. 1315,
situated at Semple House, 84A Oriental Parade, Wellington,
on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication
of this notice in the Gazette.

Notice Amending the Coromandel Branding Registration
District (No. 1406 Ag. 6/8/2/2)
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 70 of the Animals
Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General
of Agriculture and Fisheries, under section 10 of the Ministry
of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of
the said section 70 (2), the Director, Animal Health Division
of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby revokes
the description of the Coromandel branding registration district
as set out in the Gazette notice No. 8180*, and substitutes
therefor the description set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
COROMANDEL BRANDING REGISTRATION DISTRICT
All that area comprising the Thames-Coromandel district
council, as constituted from time to time, and including all
boroughs and town districts in and adjacent to that area.
